OS5 and Karen Lee Batten will be teaming up again for a  Sep 4 Sunday Gig in Langley.  This private  party will see 300+ people get a close-hand look at these array of local talent up-close and onstage. The venue promises to be a huge success over the Labour Day Weekend for fans and friends that have been waiting to see these talented performers.

OS5 have teamed up with country star Karen Lee Batten to rock this years BBQ on the Bypass in Langley.  With this annual event growing in popularity year by year, OS5 is very proud to be returning for their fourth consecutive year. Fronting the band will be CMT star Karen Lee Batten, and the band will be playing a mix of her hits as well as other selected tunes. 2010 saw the OS5 guys support Karen at various shows, so this year’s ‘Bypass’ Show will be one to see. Opening for KLB and OS5  will be crooner Rick Valiant, who performed at last years BBQ.

OS5′ s journey over the past 6 years has come to an end for now. The band members would like to say a BIG THANKS to all of their families, friends, and most importantly our fans for supporting and believing in them.  Bandmates Troy, Ron, Tony, Peter, John, and Rob hope that their self-titled CD released in June 2009 inspires people and makes people smile long after today. Throw on the CD for a listen!!!!  The guys were and are still very proud of their first CD recording.  ’Wheredowego’?? who knows….  but ‘Everybody’s Gotta Story’ !! or ‘Until we Come Again’…….Adieu….

OS5 fans wll be happy to know that the band  is currently back to writing new material for their 2nd CD after the Christmas break. With new tunes currently being played by the band live, which include ‘I Can Hardly Wait’ and ‘Beautiful People’ to be recorded, the new CD will also feature new tunes ’Find Another Reason’ and ‘Don’t Change a Thing’. Stay tunes for more updates…

Fresh from a  successful 2 nighter at the Dublin Crossing Pub, OS5 would like to take time to thank their families, friends, and fans for their support during 2010.  This year saw the band face many hurdles, challenges, and heartache.  But through it all,  bandmates  Troy, Tony, Peter, John and Ron kept their music and perseverance alive by playing live dates and writing new material for their 2nd cd.

Rather than a separate wish list for this year, OS5′s wish list this year is a  group one that brings health and happiness to all family, friends, and fans,  and  also a successful and popular  early 2011 release of their 2nd cd.  Merry Christmas to All and have a safe and Happy New Year!!!

OS5 head  this weekend to the Dublin Crossing Pub  for a two-night engagement this Friday and Saturday Night Dec 10-11 . Billed as their third time playing the pub, the band has attracted more local fans and regulars during each visit. Os5′s last visit to the Dublin saw record crowds, and the band is ready for another two crazy nights again. The band will also be playing some newly written OS5 tunes that will be featured on their new cd, as well as some everchanging covers.  The band hits the stage both nites at 9pm, so be sure to come out early for a seat.  Come on out and party with the band….we will see ya there…..

OS5 is busy preparing for studio pre-production of  their new CD. All summer long, the band has crowd-tested some of their new tunes with positive results. Their new songs have already become crowd favorites this year, and OS5 will continue to ’pen’a few more songs before the final days of entering the studio. Fans can again look forward to the new CD tracks that feature strong vocals and catchy melodic  hooks. OS5 have also signed to play the Dublin Crossing Pub on December 10/11.
